Authenticity:

All Rocks are authentic and sourced from suppliers we’ve acquired over the last 21 years. Unless specifically stated as “Imitation” or “Non-Genuine,” you can trust the authenticity of our products. Contact Wood Shark Co. with any concerns or questions you may have about this. 

 

2. Eligibility to Purchase

 

Age Restrictions:

 

• Customers purchasing any cutlery items, including knives, swords, throwing knives/stars, must be at least 18 years of age.

• It is the user’s responsibility to provide accurate information during the age verification process on our site. Woodshark Co. is not liable for false representations made by the customer.

 

3. Product Use Disclaimer

 

• All items sold are intended for decorative purposes only.

• Cutlery items should never be used as weapons.

4. Order Processing and Shipping

• Orders are processed within 1-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). This timeframe refers to order processing and does not include shipping transit time.

Shipping Destinations:

 

• Domestic Shipping: We ship within the United States.

• International Shipping: We ship internationally, respecting the laws and regulations of the destination country. International customers are responsible for ensuring that products comply with their local laws.

 

Duties and Taxes:

 

• Domestic Orders: Applicable sales tax will be added where required by law.

• International Orders: Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by their country. Woodshark Co. is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

 

Free Shipping Offer:

 

• We offer free shipping on orders over $500 USD within the United States, provided the total weight of the items is under 25 lbs.

• If your order exceeds 25 lbs, standard shipping rates will apply.

• Note: Free shipping is not available for international orders, regardless of order size.

 

5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

 

Refunds will be issued 2-5 business days once product is received by supplier and refund form is accepted. Refund form must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving broken or damaged product. 

 

Return Eligibility:

 

• All items are eligible for return, provided they are in the same condition as received, without significant damage caused by the customer.

• Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Refunds:
