My Order

Can I change or cancel an order I just placed?   

Unfortunately with our capabilities right now orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed. No worries though, your things can be returned via mail or brought to our retail location, and we’ll get things sorted out for you. Before you go about your return, read more about our refund policy here.  

Do you offer a local pick-up option ? 

 Yes, here at Woodshark Co. we offer our customers the option for picking up your order locally. Just simply click the “Pick Up In Store” option and we will have your order ready for pick up the same day. 

Can I add or make changes to an item once my order is submitted?

Our team works their magic to get you your goods as quickly as possible, therefore we are unable to make changes to your order once placed.

Discounts & Promotions

How do I use my coupon code? 

Every coupon code will be visible at the bottom of the coupon image. During checkout, there will be a coupon code option for submitting your discount. Please make sure the code is written correctly and there is no space after the last letter or number.

I have $200 worth of items in my cart but am not getting the free shipping option, what do I do?

To qualify for free shipping, your subtotal must be $200 before taxes and after promotional discounts are applied. Please note, some items are not eligible for free shipping due to size and/or weight, and gift card purchases do not apply to the free shipping threshold. Exceptions to free shipping will be noted on the item page.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes, we offer payment plans through various card processors or companies, such as _____ (to be determined). These companies allow you to pay for your product over a course of time through multiple payments. Your items will be shipped once you are approved through the company and once payment is submitted!

Inventory & Product

Are you getting this item back in stock?

We’ve been there—you find something you love then look again and it’s gone! We’ll check on it and get back with you (fingers crossed!). Send us an email at woodsharktradingco@gmail.com for inventory inquiries or use the ‘Get In Touch’ option  in our Contact Us section at the bottom of any page!

Who designs/creates your products?

Our products come from various suppliers and artists from around the world. In addition, we have a small-but-mighty team of in-house designers who create products just for us!

Do you offer wholesale services?

We are proud to be privately owned and usually do not offer wholesale services. But because of our quick expansion, we now offer wholesale services! Please contact us at woodsharktradingco@gmail.com for inquiries about 

Is your product fair trade and ethical?

We use vendors who abide by our safety and ethics standards. We maintain a close relationship with all our vendors and have a team that visits them regularly to ensure that our ethical requirements are being met. We take pride in our products and take great care to enforce these standards.
We are always evolving and improving our practices and having constant in-depth conversations and closer relationships with our vendors about sourcing, importing, compliance measures, and ethics that meet—even exceed—the high standards we set.

I noticed items in your store but not online, can I make a special order for these items?

Since our inventory is always growing and changing, if there is a specific item you saw in-store, we are more than happy to find it for you if it has not been sold. Email us with any special requests for items that are not online! We will do our best to get you what you’re looking for.

 

Returns & Exchange

Can I return something I just bought?

Sure thing! Here is a link to follow the guidelines for returning products here. All items must be in reselling condition

How do I begin a full or partial refund?

 If you have an account with us, you can log in to initiate the mail-in return process. Select “My Orders” > “View” > “Return”

If you did not create an account when placing your order, you can use this form to access your order information and start the mail-in return process.
This request is then submitted to our Customer Service team for review. Items can be mailed back within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Is the Login/Profile page able to make returns?

Yes, the Login/Profile page is able to facilitate the return process as described. If you have an account with us, you can log in, navigate to “My Orders,” select the specific order, and initiate a return by clicking on the “Return” option. This feature streamlines the return process, making it convenient for you to manage returns directly from your profile.

I placed an order with a gift card, how will my returned merchandise be credited back to me?

Please email our customer support team at woodsharktradingco@gmail.com and we will send you a coupon code that will issue the credit for the amount of the refund. This will be used as a store credit and can be applied to any of your future orders with us! Since we cannot issue a refund to a prepaid gift card directly, this is the only option for us to make it right.
